Demo Incentive Campaign Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern Commenda’s demo incentive offer. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Commenda’s general Terms of Service.

Effective Date: April 27, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Commenda’s demo incentive offer (the “Offer”) described herein. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Commenda’s general Terms of Service. This Offer is administered by Commenda Technologies Inc. (“Commenda,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Offer Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of participation:

New to Commenda

You must not be an existing or former Commenda customer, nor have previously submitted your contact information to Commenda or engaged with our sales team in any capacity.

Qualifying Role

You must hold a role with direct influence over purchasing or operational decisions for your organization. Qualifying roles include:

  1. Operations / Strategy
  2. Finance / Accounting
  3. Legal / Compliance
  4. Partnerships / Business Development

Company Size

Your organization must have 10 or more full-time employees at the time of participation.

Pop-Up Trigger

The Offer pop-up is triggered when you visit 3 or more unique pages on the Commenda website (commenda.io) during a single session, excluding the homepage and any blog pages. If your session ends before meeting this trigger condition, you will not be presented with the Offer.

The Offer pop-up will not appear on the demo booking page. Users who have already seen the pop-up in a prior session will not be shown it again.

Booking Channel

You must book your demo directly through the link presented in the Offer pop-up. Demo meetings booked through any other channel (including the standard “Book a Demo” button on the Commenda website) do not qualify for the Reward, regardless of timing or circumstance.

Completed Demo Meeting

After eligibility is established, you must complete a scheduled live demo meeting with a Commenda sales representative. Simply scheduling a meeting does not qualify; attendance and completion of the meeting are required.

Identity Disclosure

You must not browse anonymously. Users who have not been identified through Commenda’s tracking systems are not eligible.

Commenda reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether all eligibility criteria have been met and may disqualify any participant for any reason.

2. Geographic Eligibility & Country-Specific Terms

Eligible Countries & Reward Values

This Offer is currently available only to participants located in, and employed by organizations based in, one of the following countries. The Reward value varies by country and is denominated in local currency:

  1. United States of America — $150 USD
  2. United Kingdom — £100 GBP
  3. Germany — €100 EUR
  4. Canada — $200 CAD

Participation from any other country is not permitted during this promotional period. Commenda reserves the right to expand or restrict geographic eligibility at any time without notice.

United States

This Offer is open to U.S. residents only where permitted by applicable federal and state law. Residents of states where promotional incentive programs of this nature are restricted or prohibited are not eligible. The Reward value ($150 USD) may constitute taxable income; participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

United Kingdom

This Offer is open to UK residents and is administered in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code). The following apply:

  1. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Offer.
  2. The Offer has a defined closing date, which will be communicated to participants at time of pop-up display. Commenda reserves the right to extend or terminate the Offer early with reasonable notice where required by law.
  3. The Reward value is £100 GBP, issued via Tremendous or equivalent at time of fulfillment.
  4. Participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the Reward under applicable UK tax law (HMRC guidance on business gifts and incentives may apply depending on the participant’s role and circumstances).
  5. To the extent required, Commenda will provide a list of winners on request for a period of one (1) month following the Offer close date. Requests should be sent to the contact email listed in Section 7.

Germany

This Offer is open to residents of Germany and is administered in accordance with applicable German promotional marketing regulations. The following apply:

  1. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Offer.
  2. The Reward value is €100 EUR, issued via Tremendous or equivalent at time of fulfillment.
  3. Participants are responsible for any applicable tax obligations arising from receipt of the Reward under German law (Einkommensteuergesetz and applicable regulations may apply depending on the participant’s role and circumstances).
  4. This Offer is not a lottery or prize draw (Gewinnspiel); no element of chance is involved. The Reward is contingent solely on attending a completed demo meeting.

Canada

This Offer is open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec, where promotional contests are subject to additional regulatory requirements that Commenda does not currently satisfy). By participating, Canadian residents confirm they are not located in Quebec.

Additional terms for Canadian participants:

  1. This Offer is not a contest or lottery; no skill testing question is required as the Reward is contingent solely on attending a completed demo meeting.
  2. The Reward value is $200 CAD, issued via Tremendous or equivalent at time of fulfillment.
  3. Participants are responsible for any applicable federal or provincial tax obligations arising from receipt of the Reward.
  4. CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation): By providing your email address during the demo booking process, you expressly consent to receive transactional communications from Commenda related to the administration of this Offer (e.g., reward delivery). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Currency & Reward Values

The Reward is issued in local currency for each eligible country as specified above. Rewards are fulfilled via Tremendous (or an equivalent rewards platform). Commenda is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or exchange rate implications associated with reward redemption.

3. Reward Fulfillment

Eligible participants who complete all requirements will receive a virtual gift card in the applicable local currency value, issued by Commenda or its designated rewards partner (currently Tremendous).

Delivery: Rewards will be delivered by email to the address provided by the participant during the demo booking process.

Timing: Rewards for completed meetings will be processed and issued within 5 business days of the completed demo.

Redemption Window: You must claim your Reward within 30 days of receiving the notification email. Unclaimed rewards will expire.

Card Expiration: Once issued, the virtual gift card must be used within one (1) year of issuance.

Commenda is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered reward emails, or for rewards not received due to user error, including incorrect email addresses or failure to complete required actions.

4. Restrictions

Non-Transferable: Rewards are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party.

No Combination: This Offer may not be combined with any other Commenda offers, referral programs, promotional campaigns, or discounts.

One Per Participant: Limit one (1) Reward per eligible participant. Multiple submissions or demo bookings by the same individual will not result in additional rewards.

One Per Company: Limit one (1) Reward per organization. Multiple participants from the same company are not eligible for separate rewards.

Tax Responsibility: Rewards may constitute taxable income. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes and are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor.

5. Modifications and Termination

Commenda Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Commenda also reserves the right to withhold or revoke a Reward in the event of actual or suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

This Offer is currently scheduled to begin on 04/27/2026 and may end at any time at Commenda’s discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Commenda Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or failures in the processing or administration of this Offer. All Rewards are subject to Commenda’s review and verification, and may be withheld or forfeited if eligibility criteria are not satisfied or if any violation of these Terms is detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Commenda’s total liability in connection with this Offer shall not exceed the value of the Reward applicable to the participant’s country of residence.
