Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
Commenda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

As one might potentially utilize the Google OAuth service for authentication, we wish to provide a concise elucidation regarding the processing, storage, and utilization of Google-related data within our system.

In what manner does this application interact with, utilize, retain, or divulge user data obtained from Google services?

The sole user data acquired pertains to the user's name, email address, and profile picture. In the event that a user chooses to integrate their Google Calendar subsequent to initial registration, we shall request them to re-authenticate, thereby conferring the requisite access permissions. Subsequently, this information is securely stored within our database. The utilization of these particulars is strictly limited to the presentation of user information upon login. Furthermore, the calendar access privileges are exclusively employed to incorporate significant compliance-related deadlines into the user's calendar, contingent upon explicit permissions granted by the user during our application's workflow. It is imperative to underscore that none of this data is shared with any external entities and is maintained in a highly secure manner to the best of our knowledge and capabilities.

Google helps users to share their data safely. Read more about it here.

"Users can manage access to their Google account by visiting their Google Account settings, where they can review and revoke permissions granted to Commenda.io. For assistance with managing access, please refer to Google's account settings and permissions management tools. Read more about it here."
