“The platform works exactly the way I need it to. I have one team member who manages all of our exemption certificates, and that functionality has been particularly efficient for us. It allows him to handle everything seamlessly, making the handoff significantly easier.”

FAQ
Common questions
No. You will see the full invoice one more time on the payment screen, and nothing is charged until you confirm there. The DKK 20,000 minimum share capital is not on this invoice either. That is your company's own money and it is handled separately through an escrow account.
Yes. The $4,150 covers registration of your ApS, the government and legal fees that go with it, and registration for corporate income tax. You will not receive a separate government bill for the formation itself.
The $4,150 is a one-time fee for ApS registration, government and legal fees, and corporate income tax registration. Everything else is a priced add-on you choose: registered address in Denmark $3,000/year, local representative with MitID access $3,000/year, VAT registration $1,000 one-time, VAT returns $600 per filing, annual corporate income tax return $600/year, standard accounting $200/hour, end-of-year accounts and annual report preparation $250/hour, and Danish payroll for 1 to 8 employees $900/month plus a one-off setup fee quoted case by case. The annual and monthly items bill on that cadence, so they are not one-off charges. Opening a Danish bank account is not part of this price, though we can help with it after incorporation.
A short KYC pack, handled entirely with digital signatures. There are no physical copies to courier. We need a passport copy and proof of address for every ultimate beneficial owner with more than 25% control of the parent, and the same for any of your own directors going into the Danish entity. If there is a parent company, we also need a group structure chart plus the parent's certificate of registration, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
We start immediately. You get a named point of contact rather than a ticket queue, a compliance dashboard for the new entity, and the KYC checklist above. From there we structure the company, place the share capital into escrow through a Danish law firm, and register the ApS with the Danish Business Authority (CVR) and for corporate income tax.
About a week end to end. That covers structuring, documentation, the escrowed share capital deposit, and registration with the Danish Business Authority (CVR) plus corporate income tax registration. The variable is how fast your signed KYC documents come back, because the work cannot start until the pack is complete.
Denmark requires no local or EEA-resident director, so you can own and run your ApS entirely from abroad and there is no nominee-director cost. You do need a physical registered address in Denmark, because it goes on the CVR register and receives all official government, tax, and legal mail. A P.O. box is not accepted, and we provide a compliant address for $3,000/year if you do not have your own. Separately, Danish authorities run on MitID, the national digital ID that only a Danish resident can hold, so if nobody on your management team lives in Denmark a local representative with MitID access is mandatory at $3,000/year.
Yes, but it is not a fee and you do not lose it. An ApS needs DKK 20,000 of share capital, roughly $3,150. It goes into an escrow account facilitated through a Danish law firm before registration, then it is released to your company once the ApS is registered with the CVR. Treat it as working capital you are moving, not as a cost of this purchase.
Yes, after incorporation. You do not need a Danish bank account to incorporate, because the share capital runs through the law firm escrow account and is released once the company is registered. Once your CVR number is issued we coordinate introductions and prepare the documentation. Each bank runs its own compliance and KYC approval, so the bank sets that timeline.
Danish obligations attach to the company, not to its revenue. Your ApS is registered for corporate income tax at incorporation, so it owes a corporate income tax return every year, and it owes a statutory annual report filed publicly with the Danish Business Authority whether or not it traded. If it is VAT registered, VAT returns are due on the frequency the Danish Tax Agency assigns you, regardless of sales. Missing these triggers penalties and puts the company's good standing at risk.
Yes. Everything beyond the incorporation itself is modular, so you can add VAT registration, payroll, accounting, or the annual tax return when you actually need them. Each one joins the same invoice and the same dashboard. Formation and ongoing management are one continuous relationship, so you are not handed a CVR number and left to manage the entity alone.
Your entity gets a compliance calendar built from its jurisdiction, entity type, and fiscal year end, covering every Danish deadline it owes: the annual report, the corporate income tax return, and any VAT returns on the frequency the Tax Agency assigns. It sends reminders ahead of each due date instead of relying on you to check. We file what is in your plan and the confirmation lands in your dashboard. That same dashboard holds your other entities, so a multi-country structure stays on one source of truth.
