We’re automating compliance for multinationals, directly challenging the Big Four accounting firms in a $200B/year market. You’ll be joining a small, elite team of 7 engineers where your work will be essential from day one — building the core systems that run global tax, multi-entity operations, filings, and automation for some of India’s and the world’s fastest-growing companies.
This is a 3-month internship designed to convert into a full-time engineering role. Exceptional interns may convert earlier if they’re available and show outstanding ability.
We’re backed by $10M in seed funding from Bling, Pelion, and UIF, and trusted by companies like Razorpay, Pine Labs, MPL, Remote.com, and global founders across the US, India, and UAE.
What you’ll do
- Build real features and systems used by global companies
- Work across the stack (frontend, backend, infra) depending on your strengths
- Own problems end-to-end: design, implement, test, ship
- Collaborate in architecture discussions and engineering reviews
- Build internal tools that accelerate the rest of the company
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Participate in sprints, debugging sessions, and rapid iterations
- Explore complex domains like tax automation, entity management, API orchestration, and document intelligence
What this role can grow into:
A full-time Product Engineer / Platform Engineer with increasing ownership over modules, system architecture, scaling challenges, new product lines, and eventually leading projects or mentoring newer interns.
About the team
We are a small, high-commitment team of 7 software engineers. Your work will be essential from day 1, and you’ll need to hit the ground running. You will work extremely hard and grow extremely quickly. This is not a 9 to 5.
From our culture doc:
- We prioritize issues based on how they will affect our current and future customers. Sometimes this means dropping everything to fix a p0 bug, and sometimes it means spending weeks on a code or infrastructure cleanup. But the prioritization should be based on customer impact.
- We stay late to help each other when things are on fire, even if our sprint tasks are on track.
- We help each other grow. We give feedback consistently and take it well.
Preference for Bangalore (offline) because we collaborate rapidly and value speed.
