We’re automating compliance for multinationals, directly challenging the Big Four accounting firms in a $200B/year market — and a lot of the work that gets us there doesn’t fit neatly into one function. As a Generalist Nimbu, you’ll work across Growth, Operations, Product, and the Founder’s Office, taking on whatever is most important at the moment and learning how a high-performance startup really runs.
This is a 3-month internship designed to convert into a full-time role for high performers. Exceptional candidates may convert even sooner if they’re available and demonstrate the ownership, intelligence, and high-agency mindset we value.
We’re backed by $10M in seed funding from Bling, Pelion, and UIF, and trusted by companies like Razorpay, Pine Labs, MPL, Remote.com, and global founders across the US, India, and UAE.
What you’ll do
- Solve problems across growth, product, operations, customer success, research, and founder’s office.
- Run experiments across marketing, funnels, outreach, and user engagement.
- Build internal processes, dashboards, and workflows to streamline teams.
- Work directly with founders to execute high-leverage projects.
- Coordinate across teams, unblock owners, and keep projects moving.
- Dive into ambiguous problems, figure out what’s wrong, and fix it.
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, regulations, or product ideas.
- Work on documentation, product specs, customer pipelines, or ops setups.
- Basically: do whatever it takes to move the company forward.
What this role can grow into:
Depending on where you shine, this internship can convert into a Growth, Product, Operations, or Founder’s Office role.
Generalists are the future operators — and if you’re good, we’ll carve out the right track for you.
About the team
We’re a high-agency, high-intensity team that works like a sports team — we train hard, push each other, and win together.
We’re not looking for someone who wants a safe corporate internship.
We want someone who’s imaginative, unafraid, and willing to try unhinged ideas.
This is not a 9–5. It’s fast, chaotic, fun, and you’ll learn more in 3 months than any marketing course can teach you.
