At Commenda, we’re building a modern global commerce platform—one that makes it easier for businesses to expand and operate across borders. From incorporation and tax compliance to bookkeeping and regulatory reporting, our goal is to remove the friction that slows businesses down.
A core part of that vision has always been seamless data connectivity. Global compliance isn’t just about rules and filings—it’s about how financial data moves across platforms, how it’s structured, and how companies can use it to make better decisions.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that Integration Labs is joining Commenda.
Why Integration Labs?
When we first met the Integration Labs team, we saw the same challenge from two different angles. We were building a platform to help businesses navigate global compliance, while they were building an API to connect the financial systems those businesses rely on.
Integration Labs tackled one of the biggest pain points in fintech and SaaS—fragmented financial data. Their unified API connects with 30+ accounting, payments, and e-commerce platforms, making it easy for businesses to pull in real-time financial data without complex, custom-built integrations.
In fact, Commenda was Integration Labs’ very first customer. From day one, we saw how powerful their technology was in enabling automation across financial workflows. Over time, their platform became a critical part of Commenda’s Sales Tax, Incorporation, and Bookkeeping products.
As we deepened our partnership, it became clear that working together as one team would unlock even more possibilities.
What Happens to Existing and New Customers?
For existing Integration Labs customers, nothing changes immediately. Your integrations, workflows, and API access will continue to function as usual, and our team will remain fully dedicated to supporting your use cases.
In the coming months, we’ll be integrating Integration Labs more deeply into Commenda’s platform, bringing even more automation and intelligence to compliance workflows. We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and will be working closely with customers to ensure continued support.
For new customers, Integration Labs’ capabilities will soon be available as part of Commenda’s broader product offering. This means that businesses looking to automate financial workflows, entity management, or tax compliance will have access to a more integrated and scalable solution.
If you have any questions about how this impacts your business, please reach out—we’re here to help.
